Deposit Policy
To confirm your reservation, we must have an advanced deposit by check equal to one (1) night's lodging. The deposit must be received no later than ten (10) days after making the reservation. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) may be used to confirm a reservation. Your credit card will not be charged in advance of arrival. The balance for your entire stay is payable upon your arrival. Please see cancellation policy below.
Cancellation & Early Departure Policy
Due to our short season we required at least seven (7) days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date to cancel ANY portion of your reservation. This includes all dates reserved from your scheduled arrival to your scheduled departure.
Cash deposits will be refunded less a $10.00 cancellation fee if at least 7 days notice is received. Rooms guaranteed by credit card will also be assessed a $10.00 cancellation fee if at least 7 days notice is received. Please obtain a cancellation number if canceling.
Sales and Lodging Tax
Maine is currently reviewing its Sales and Lodging Tax. Presently at 7%, this tax may increase to 8.5% prior to your arrival. The prevailing Maine State lodging tax will apply at checkout.
Unit Requests & Changes
We try our best to accommodate all special requests including unit location but unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific units. We reserve the right to change units with like accommodations up to and including the day of arrival.
Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed on the premises.
Things to keep in mind
Rates quoted for 2 Double Beds or 2 Queen Bed units are for two people. Add $10 for each person over 12 years of age. Add $10 per night additional charge if a cot is required.
Rates quoted for Family Units are for one to four people. Add $10.00 each additional person over 12 years of age. MAXIMUM 6 including children. No COTS please.
Our King Bed units are quite comfortable for two. They are, however, considerably smaller than our 2-Bed Units. No cribs or cots please.
